Refund policy

For any undamaged or unopened products - except for personalized or signed items - the Returns Period is 30 days, within which you are eligible to receive up to a 100% refund.

For opened products - except for personalized or signed items - the Returns Period is 30 days, within which you are eligible to receive up to a 70% refund.
